Pork in the oven with pineapple and cheese

Ingredients

• Canned pineapples - 1 jar
• Pork - 500 g
• Cheese - 300 g
• Sour cream - 100 g
• Oregano, salt - a pinch

Directions

1. Let's just say that many prepare this dish in portions, so the meat is cut into round pieces, the pineapple is left in rings. But today we will cook a little differently, so we wash, dry and cut the meat into ordinary random pieces
2. Pineapple is also chopped into cubes or you can buy ready-made canned fruit in this form
3. Rub the cheese on a grater
4. Season the meat with spices and transfer to a baking dish
5. We also send pineapples there
6. Mix sour cream with oregano and pour this mixture over the pork
7. Send in the oven for about 1 hour
8. In 10 minutes until the end of the cooking process, generously sprinkle the dish with cheese
9. Pork with pineapple and cheese is ready, the dish should be served hot
