Pork in the oven with zucchini and eggplant

Ingredients

• Pork - 550 g
• Zucchini - 1 pc.
• Eggplant - 1 pc.
• Bulb - 1 pc.
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Oregano, basil, salt - at your discretion

Directions

1. The meat is processed, washed, dried, cut into strips or any shape. Season with a little spice and fry in a pan until semi-finished
2. All vegetables are thoroughly washed, cleaned and cut into cubes
3. Transfer the meat to a form, send the vegetables there, mix
4. Bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes.
