  1. We take the pork side. We will need a part from the spine to the lower abdomen, along with the skin. We cut out bones.
  2. We rub spices very well, we twist in a roll and we put in a cool place for 1-2 days.
  3. We take it out, twist it into a roll and wrap it tightly with cling film.
  4. Let the meat cook for 2.5-3 hours. Remove from the water, allow to cool and remove the cling film.
  5. Carefully cut the skin diagonally in the form of a mesh. To keep the roll in good shape, tie it with coarse thread.
  6. Grease the roll with honey and put in the oven. Bake at 180-200 degrees for approximately 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove the threads and serve!
