  2. Cut the loin into pieces of about 0.7-1 cm. In total, you should get 10 pieces - that is, there will be 10 rolls.

  4. Beat each piece of pork as thinly as possible. Pieces of meat the size of a little more than pieces of ham should turn out.
  5. Cut the cheese into bars of the same size.
  6. Chop garlic and parsley.
  7. Now we form rolls. Take pork chop, salt and pepper. Salt not too much, less than usual, as feta is already salty!
  8. Sprinkle the whole area of ​​the chop with chopped parsley and garlic.
  9. Spread a piece of ham.
  10. Spread one / two pieces of feta cheese on the ham.
  11. Wrap the roll, trying to make it as tight as possible.
  12. Spread the rolls in a baking dish, on the bottom of which you can put carrots, potatoes or cabbage.
  13. Sprinkle with olive oil, lightly salt and pepper (again lightly!).
  14. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for about 25 minutes, then grill at 200 ° C for 10 minutes!
  15. Serve hot, with vegetables or other side dish!
