Today I will share a recipe for juicy pork rolls. It is prepared quickly enough. The dish is suitable for both everyday and festive table. Ingredients minimum, as pork is good in itself.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. I have a little greasy piece of pork. This is good, the dish will be juicy.
  2. I defrost the meat, but not to the end. Slightly frozen meat is easy to cut into thin slices, which I actually did.
  3. I let the meat thaw completely and proceed to further processing. I beat each piece. For convenience, I use a regular cellophane bag so that juices and pieces of meat do not fly around the kitchen.
  4. Each piece of salt and season with freshly ground black pepper.
  5. I cut cheese and bell pepper into medium slices. It is good if the Bulgarian pepper is bright red or orange.
  6. I turn the roll so that the fatty part of the meat is inside. To prevent the rolls from spinning during frying, I connect each with a toothpick. You can not do that. And you can use a special cooking thread. It will be even more beautiful.
  7. Pour enough vegetable oil into the pan and fry the rolls over high heat.
  8. A ruddy crust should come out.
  9. Then I transfer the rolls into a small saucepan. I add one bay leaf and a couple of spoons of water. A lot of water is not needed, as the pork itself will give enough juice.
  10. Carcass rolls until fully cooked under the lid. Cooking time is about 30-35 minutes.
