Teper stavymo na vohonʹ skovorodu i rozihrivayemo v niy maslo. Poky skovoroda rozihrivayetʹsya, kozhen shmatochok m'yasa obvalyuyemo v boroshni, a potim peremishchayemo v yaytse. Zvidty – na skovoridku! Obsmazhuvaty protyahom 5-7 khvylyn do zolotystoyi skorynky. Hotovyy shnitselʹ podayemo zi svizhymy ovochamy, ovochevym salatom abo z harnirom za smakom! Pryyemnoho apetytu!

  5. Schnitzel is a traditional Austrian dish and is usually made from a first-class piece of pork. For such purposes use first of all a loin. Here we wash it under running water. Then cut the loin into slices three centimeters thick. Spread the food film on the cutting board and place the pieces of pork on it. Cover the top with a second layer of film and beat with a kitchen hammer carefully on both sides. The meat is almost ready!
  6. Now rub each piece with salt and pepper. Set aside. Move deep plates to yourself. In one of them we add flour, and in another we break eggs. Beat them, dripping a couple of drops of lemon and sprinkle a little spice. Stir again. Breading is ready!
  7. Now put the pan on the fire and heat the oil in it. While the pan is heating, roll each piece of meat in flour and then move to the egg. From there - to the pan! Fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Ready-made schnitzel is served with fresh vegetables, vegetable salad or with a side dish to taste!
