Probably the most delicious barbecue is a cooked barbecue in nature, soaked in the smoke of the fire. But for this you need to find a delicious recipe. After all, everyone has already tried vinegar, kefir kebab marinated in carbonated water. I present to your court another recipe for pork skewers. This kebab is prepared quickly. I must say, the meat is very soft, with an unusual taste (you do not even realize that it's kiwi and mint). How to marinate kebabs? To do this, we need a few pieces of kiwi, a bunch of mint, onions and seasoning for barbecue, so that it does not turn out completely fresh. Kiwi juice does not "kill" the meat, namely marinates and makes it soft in the future. If you do not have a blender, you can cut the kiwi into slices and crush it with your hands, then throw the meat and onions (but then increase the marinating time up to 1 year). In general, the marinating time of meat always depends on the freshness, softness of the meat and the slicing ingredients for the marinade. Beef is also perfect for this recipe. It is also best to marinate beef for at least 1 hour.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel a kiwi and cut it into large pieces. Rinse the mint well under water, dry. Mint leaves cut off from the twigs, transfer to a blender bowl. Throw pieces of kiwi there. Grind everything to a puree.
  2. 3-4 onions, peel, cut into rings. Peel the garlic and cut into large slices (do not pass the garlic through a garlic press, it is only needed for flavor).
  3. Now rinse the meat under cold running water, cut into large pieces. Take a large saucepan, transfer to it sliced pieces of meat, onion rings, garlic. Pour the seasoning to taste, salt, pour a mixture of mint and kiwi. Gently mix everything by hand, trying not to break the onion.
  4. Put the load on the meat and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes (no more, as kiwi puree will very quickly make the meat soft).
  5. String the marinated meat on skewers (onions are best fried separately from the meat, as it will burn quickly with the meat). Fry the kebab on open coals until cooked, turning periodically. If you used pork tenderloin, the frying time will be about 15-20 minutes (it cooks very quickly).
  6. Serve pork skewers with kiwi and mint on the table.
