  1. We start cooking our pork dish. Wash the tenderloin under cold running water, wipe with paper kitchen towels and spread on a cutting board. If possible, cut the fat layers with a knife and remove the film. Then sprinkle it on all sides with salt, ground black pepper and dried fennel seeds. Prepared pork is set aside.
  2. Now peel the onion and wash under cold running water. Then transfer to a cutting board, cut it in half with a sharp knife and shake into thin half-rings. Put the chopped onion in a clean plate.
  3. Next, go to the apples, rinse thoroughly under running water, wipe with a kitchen towel and spread on a cutting board. It is not necessary to peel the fruit. So, cut them in half, remove the core with the seeds and cut into pieces about 1 centimeter thick. Then transfer the apples to a separate plate.
  4. Return to the pork, turn the temperature of the stove to medium, put the pan on the stove and add vegetable oil. We use a frying pan that can be put in the oven, ie without plastic and wooden handles. So, put the tenderloin with spices in a pan and start frying. Cook the pork for 10 - 15 minutes to form a beautiful ruddy crust on all sides, turning the meat with a kitchen spatula. Then transfer the tenderloin to a plate, while the fire on the stove does not turn off.
  5. Spread onions and apples on a hot pan. Add a pinch of salt and, stirring with a kitchen spatula, fry them for about 5 minutes or until the fruit is soft. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  6. Once the apples and onions are soft enough, return the pork to the pan, mix everything lightly with a spatula and put it in the oven. Bake pork with apples for 15 - 20 minutes until fully cooked. Then carefully remove the pan from the oven and place it on the stove. Place the meat on a beautiful serving plate, and continue to cook the apples over medium heat.
