Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-cook potatoes in a uniform. Boil the meat in salted water.
  2. Peel the potatoes, grate on a large grater. Add flour, egg, two types of cheese to the potatoes, salt to taste. Knead a homogeneous dough and place in the refrigerator while cooking the filling.
  3. Put in a blender bowl: boiled meat, two types of cheese, egg, salt to taste. Beat until smooth.
  4. Now let's sculpt gnocchi: tear off a piece of dough (the size of a walnut). Make a ball, knead into a cake, put a little filling in the middle, gather the edges up and pinch. Download back to the ball and place on a board sprinkled with flour. So stick the gnocchi.
  5. In a saucepan with boiling water, dip the gnocchi in small portions, bring to a boil (they should float). Cook for another 3-5 minutes. Remove the finished gnocchi with a skimmer, place on a plate, pour melted butter, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
