  1. We wash the champignons under running water and cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
  2. Next, pour vegetable oil into the pan and put it on the fire, chop the onions finely, three carrots on a coarse grater. We put the vegetables in the heated oil, add the mushrooms and fry everything until golden brown, at the end we salt the filling to taste and season with spices, and also add semolina to it.
  3. Boil the peeled and washed potatoes until cooked, then drain the liquid from it and knead the potatoes until they are puree. Add a little salt and starch to the puree, mix everything well.
  4. Now we spread the parchment paper on a flat surface and spread the potato mass on it. We level it and form their puree a rectangle 1 cm high.
  5. Spread the mushroom filling on the potato layer in an even layer.
  6. Raising the edges of the parchment, carefully roll up the potato layer with the roll filling.
  7. Sprinkle the roll with grated cheese if desired and put it in the oven, preheated to 160-180 degrees, bake for 30 minutes.
