Another hearty and tasty dietary dish can be a protein burger with vegetables. It is prepared with absolutely no flour, so it is perfect as a diet bun.

Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Separate the yolks from the whites. Add cream cheese and a pinch of salt to the yolks, mix well with a mixer until smooth.
  2. Whisk the whites with baking powder until stable peaks. Add the yolk mass to the whites and mix well.
  3. On parchment paper oiled with vegetable oil, spoon small buns (about 2 tablespoons per bun) with a spoon and immediately send to bake.
  4. Sprinkle rosemary or other dried herbs on the buns, if desired. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow the buns to cool and prepare a burger: place a leaf of lettuce, chopped vegetables and sauce on the bun. Cover with a second bun. Multiple layers can be assembled. Bon Appetit!
