The Provençal tomato recipe will come in handy if you want to cook something special for dinner, but at the same time not give all your salary for one gourmet dinner. Delicious and fast!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To begin with, wash the tomatoes and garlic, and also peel the garlic.
  2. We cut each tomato into halves, and take out the part with seeds (but don't throw it away yet!).
  3. Put tomato pulp in a separate bowl, add crushed garlic and bread crumbs there. Mix thoroughly.
  4. My parsley and chop finely. Add to the sauce and mix again. You can also add your favorite spices, spices or seasonings at this stage, as well as salt and pepper.
  5. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, and set the oven to warm up.
  6. We spread the tomato baskets on a baking sheet, and evenly put the filling in each.
  7. We cook in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, but less is possible, depending on the size of the tomato.
