Puff vinaigrette with sprats

A very tasty puff salad, I recommend it for a festive table, a fish salad is also suitable for a lean table.

  1. Wash the potatoes, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, boil in their skins until tender, about 25 minutes. Cool, peel and cut into cubes.
  2. Wash the carrots, pour cold water over them, let them boil, cook over medium heat until tender (20-25 minutes). Cool, peel and cut into cubes.
  3. Wash the beets, cover with cold water, boil until tender over medium heat (40-60 minutes). Cool, peel and cut into cubes.
  4. Peel the onion, wash and finely chop.
  5. Open a jar of sprats. Drain the oil. Break sprats into pieces or crush with a fork.
  6. Finely chop the greens.
  7. Form a vinaigrette with sprats from layers (grease each layer with mayonnaise): sprats - onions - potatoes - carrots - beets.
  8. The last layer is also smeared with mayonnaise. Decorate the puff vinaigrette with sprats with herbs to taste.
  9. Puff vinaigrette with sprats is ready.
