Today I will tell you how to make pumpkin soup with celery. This is not just a delicious version of the first course, but also immensely healthy! Great soup in every sense! Recomend for everybody!

  1. Fry a finely chopped onion in hot oil. Choose a saucepan with a thick bottom. Bring the onion to a transparent state.
  2. Chop peeled vegetables - potatoes, pumpkin and celery root. Add to a saucepan and pour boiling water over it. Cook for 20 minutes until cooked.
  3. The broth will not be useful to us. But put the vegetables in a blender and shake them in mashed potatoes. Then we pour milk into a saucepan, put on fire and combine with vegetables. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes. Add salt, spices, finely chopped ginger. Bon Appetit!
