A light salad for a festive table or for every day. Quail eggs go very well with tuna and fresh vegetables. And the biggest advantage of this dish is that it cooks very quickly!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse and dry the salad thoroughly. Then tear it with your hands and fold it over the bottom of the salad bowl.
  2. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into small wedges. Place them on the salad.
  3. Peel the boiled quail eggs and cut them into halves.
  4. Thoroughly knead the tuna with a fork. We spread the halves of the eggs (leave a few to decorate the salad) on the tomatoes, distribute the canned food on top (without oil).
  5. For dressing, mix: lemon juice, olive oil, sesame seeds and black pepper. Salt to taste.
  6. Sprinkle the salad with chopped green onions, then pour over the dressing. Decorate with the remaining eggs. Bon Appetit!
