Prepare meringues without whipping and oven? Easy! A classic meringue requires a minimum of ingredients, which cannot be said about time - meringues are dried in the oven for a long time. But if you need to cook meringues quickly, the microwave will come to the rescue! For me, this recipe is just a discovery. Firstly, you don't have to whip the protein mixture; secondly, some 2 minutes in a microwave oven - and dry airy sugar "clouds" are ready; And thirdly, bezeshki are very tasty and similar in texture to cotton candy! Budgetary, simple and unusual!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour the egg white and lemon juice into the icing sugar.
  2. Toss the icing sugar, egg white and lemon juice lightly.
  3. If you want the meringue to be colored, add a couple of drops of food coloring at this stage (I used gel color).
  4. And now, first with a spoon, and then by hand, knead the sugar mass like confectionery paste. In consistency, it will resemble soft plasticine and it is easy to keep the shape of a ball.
  5. Divide this mass into small balls. The total weight of the sugar mass I had was about 160 g, I divided it into 6 balls of 26-27 g each.
  6. Arrange the balls in microwave-safe tins (glass or ceramic, no gilding or metal). I used silicone muffin cups.
  7. Even ordinary cups will do, but when choosing molds, keep in mind that meringues greatly increase in size during baking and take the shape of the container in which they were cooked.
  8. Microwave the meringue at 800 W for about 2 minutes. Since the mass increases very much in size, it was possible to divide it into 10-12 balls, so that the shape of the bezeshek was more accurate, mine turned out like mushrooms
  9. Gently remove the finished meringue (it is very fragile) from the molds and put on a plate.
  10. A quick meringue in the microwave is ready.
  11. Bon Appetit!
