Everyone has long known that the most tender and juicy meat is on the ribs. But not everyone knows how to cook it especially delicious and exotic. We will not invent a bicycle and borrow a recipe from Chinese cuisine, because that's where pork ribs in sweet and sour sauce - this is one of the most famous dishes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a convenient bowl for you in the following order: grind a tablespoon of honey to a homogeneous mass with the oil you have chosen. Add chopped onion and finely chopped garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and all spices. Properly mix and add to the resulting mass of pineapple juice from the jars, and the pineapples themselves, but not all, but only a couple of rings, cut into cubes and also add to the sauce.
  2. First, the ribs should be washed and dried. Then cut into portions of 1-2 bones. Put the ribs in the cooked marinade and leave for 3-4 hours. If you want to marinate them longer, it will only be a plus for future dishes. You can cook the marinade in the evening and leave the ribs in it overnight, and cook for lunch the next day.
  3. Take a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil on it and pour sugar. When the sugar melts and the mixture becomes golden, add the already marinated ribs. To begin, fry them on both sides, not forgetting to stir afterwards so that they are impregnated with crystallized sugar. Then add a little of our marinade sauce with pre-caught onions, reduce the heat and simmer the ribs until they absorb the sauce. If the sauce is already absorbed, but the ribs are not ready yet, add more sauce without regret!
  4. Ready ribs are served hot, you can decorate them with parsley, a sprig of basil or chopped green onions, as well as the remaining pineapple rings.
  5. as a side dish boiled rice will suit well, which will favorably emphasize the fragrant and juicy taste of sweet and sour sauce and well-baked pork ribs.
  6. Bon Appetit!
