Making dietary rice soup is very simple. The recipe is simple and will not take much time. This soup can be served not only for lunch or dinner, but also for breakfast. Simple, fast, healthy and tasty!

  1. Cut the potatoes into cubes and transfer to a saucepan.
  2. Add shredded carrots, finely diced onions and rinsed rice.
  3. Pour in broth or water. Season with salt, add bay leaf and cook until all ingredients are cooked through.
  4. Add chopped herbs, chopped garlic and tomato pulp a couple of minutes before cooking. I just cut the tomato in half and grate it (remove the skin).
