  3. Pour washed or parboiled rice into a frying pan with a semi-prepared onion mixture. Stir for three minutes, and fill with broth. Reduce heat, close the lid.
  4. To cook rice with honey agarics, it is important to bring our rice to the desired state by evaporating almost all the water. Only then can we add mushrooms there.
  5. Stirring the mixture constantly, add salt and pepper to taste. We evaporate the excess liquid, but do not let it burn.
  6. We rub finely the cheese, and, turning off the stove, sprinkle the finished dish with it.
