  1. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  2. Heat a frying pan, pour oil (it should cover the bottom), pour onions. Fry until golden.
  3. Divide the meat into small pieces. Remove the onion from the pan, reduce the heat to medium, place the pork, season with spices, salt. Fry for up to 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour in tomato paste, adjika, broth, add ruddy onion, simmer for 5-7 minutes. Turn off the stove, keep the dish under the lid for another 15-20 minutes.
