Roasted sweet pepper salad with nuts and garlic is a very interesting salad with an unexpected taste. Roasted sweet pepper softens the taste of garlic a little, and walnuts add satiety and calorie content to the salad.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bake the peppers in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn over and another 15 minutes. Dark tan marks should appear on the pepper.
  2. Remove seeds and skin from peppers and cut into strips.
  3. Grind the nuts in a convenient way for you. I put them in a bag and roll them with a rolling pin.
  4. Combine nuts, chopped garlic, salt, sugar, black pepper, lemon juice and vegetable oil.
  5. Combine the roasted peppers with the resulting mixture.
  6. Add finely chopped greens, mix and serve.
  7. Bon appetit!
