Salad "Beets with mushrooms"

Boiled beetroot salad with pickled mushrooms.

Ingredients

• Boiled beets - 300 g
• Mushrooms (any) marinated - 200 g
• Onion - 50 g
• Lenten mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.

Directions

1. Mushrooms - drain the brine. Grate the beets on a coarse grater.
2. Chop the onion finely.
3. Mix everything and season with mayonnaise. Beet salad with mushrooms is ready!
