This colorful salad is decorated in an unusual way - its components are laid out in sectors. Each guest can make his own salad to taste)))

  1. Peel crab sticks, cut into cubes.
  2. Wash cucumbers, cut into cubes.
  3. Place a glass or jar in the middle of the plate. Divide the plate into 8 sectors. Lay out each sector. So that the products do not mix, we put a knife or spatula between the already laid out sector and the one we are laying out.
  4. We remove the glass, fill the outer part of the empty circle with crackers. They will serve as a kind of sauce.
  5. Then fill the center of the plate with mayonnaise. It turns out beautifully if mayonnaise is poured from a bag with a thin hole.
  6. Optionally, you can sprinkle mayonnaise with herbs.
