Salad "Cedar branch" got its name due to the fact that its main ingredients are green, cut into thin strips, and salad dressing is based on pine nuts. Cucumber, avocado and kiwi salad - original in taste and healthy!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the avocado, remove the pit. Cut the avocado pulp into thin strips.
  2. Cut off the peel from the kiwi and cut into strips in the same way.
  3. Cucumber should be cut in the same way as the previous ingredients.
  4. Chop up half of the pine nuts. A small amount of nuts can simply be crushed with the flat bottom of a glass.
  5. Combine crushed (or chopped differently) pine nuts with vegetable oil and lemon juice.
  6. As a vegetable oil, cedar would be ideal, but it is expensive ... Use more affordable oils - sunflower, olive, grape seed, etc.
  7. Stir. As a result, the salad dressing will turn out quite thick.
  8. Combine avocado, kiwi and cucumber, add dressing to them.
  9. Mix everything with a few gentle movements. Salt the salad with avocados, cucumbers and kiwi to taste, but you can do without salt.
  10. Sprinkle the cucumber, avocado and kiwi salad with the remaining pine nuts. Delicious and healthy salad "Cedar branch" is ready to serve.
