Salad "Crab in cabbage"

Delicious salad with crab sticks, fresh cucumber and Chinese cabbage.

Ingredients

• Cucumbers - 1 small or ½ large cucumber
• Red onion - 1 pc.
• Beijing cabbage - half a head of medium head
• Canned corn - half a jar
• Crab sticks - 5-6 pcs.
• Salt
• Pepper
• Mayonnaise - 150 g
• Parsley for decoration

Directions

1. We cut the cabbage into small strips, sticks - into pieces, cut the onion and cucumber into small cubes, strain the corn.
2. Mix everything, salt and pepper a little, add mayonnaise. We decorate the salad of crab sticks with finely chopped parsley.
3. Ready-made salad of crab sticks. Bon appetit!
