An unusually simple and delicious salad with ham, mushrooms and cheese, which, thanks to the decoration from an ordinary cucumber, turns into a gem - an emerald.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the eggs from the shell and cut into small cubes.
  2. Also cut the ham into cubes and place in a deep bowl with the eggs. Take a bowl so that it is convenient to mix all the ingredients.
  3. Coarsely grate Parmesan, add to ham and eggs. You can take another cheese
  4. Mushrooms (I have champignons) fry together with finely chopped onions in hot vegetable oil until tender and cool. If you use porcini mushrooms, be sure to boil them before frying.
  5. Add the cooled mushrooms and onions to the bowl with the rest of the salad ingredients.
  6. Add mayonnaise as desired (it took me 3 tablespoons for this amount of salad ingredients). You can replace the sauce with less high-calorie sour cream.
  7. Put the salad in a transparent bowl or a slide on a flat dish.
  8. Cut the washed fresh cucumbers lengthwise into thin slices.
  9. Arrange the cucumber slices obliquely, starting at the top, in a clockwise direction. Gently press the cucumbers into the salad, decorating the surface from the center to the edges. Serve "Emerald" salad with ham, mushrooms and cheese as an appetizer for a festive or daily table.
