Very fresh and light salad.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil shrimp in salted water, cool and, if necessary, peel.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Grind with salt, sugar and pour vinegar. Let stand 5 minutes. Wash cucumbers and grate on a coarse grater. Thick-skinned cucumbers can be peeled.
  3. Mix cucumbers with onions and put on a plate.
  4. Put shrimp on top. Fill with oil.
  5. Bon appetit!
