Unusual fruit and vegetable salad with the addition of boiled millet will appeal to everyone without exception for its color and taste!

  1. Rinse the millet with hot water to remove the bitterness that is inherent in this cereal. Pour the cereal into a saucepan and pour 100 ml of water. Add a pinch of salt. Put the pan with the cereal on the fire, let it boil, reduce the heat to a quiet one and cook the millet until fully cooked. Cool the finished millet.
  2. Finely chop the Chinese cabbage with a knife. Put the cabbage into a bowl.
  3. Peel the orange, divide into slices and peel each slice from the films. Cut orange pulp into cubes
  4. Put the orange slices in a bowl with Chinese cabbage.
  5. Drain liquid from canned pineapple, cut pineapple rings into cubes.
  6. Add pineapple to bowl.
  7. Cut the apple into cubes, removing the seed box first.
  8. Put the chopped apple in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  9. Put the cooled millet into the salad.
  10. Add salt and sugar to taste.
  11. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the salad and mix well.
