Salad "Mysterious" with crab sticks

Ingredients

• Crab sticks - 1 pack (240 g)
• Fresh cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.
• Chicken egg - 4 pcs.
• Hard cheese - 100 g
• Mayonnaise - to taste
• Salt - to taste
• Pepper - to taste
• green onion - to taste
• Parsley - to taste

Directions

1. Hard boil chicken eggs.
2. Cool the eggs, peel and cut into cubes.
3. Wash fresh cucumbers and cut into strips or cubes.
4. Wash green onion and cut.
5. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
6. Crab sticks cut into small pieces.
7. Combine all products in a bowl. Salt. Spice up. Add mayonnaise to taste. Mix well.
8. Salad "Mysterious" with crab sticks is ready.
