Salad of canned beans with tomatoes and lime. Beans make the dish nutritious, tomato complements the taste of the salad and decorates it, and lime gives the salad a pleasant sourness.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse canned beans.
  2. It is better to peel the tomatoes (the salad will be more tender). To do this, pour tomatoes with boiling water for a minute, cool under cold water, peel and cut into pieces.
  3. Peel the limes, divide into segments, separate the pulp from the inner membranes (also so that they do not come across in the salad) and cut the pulp of the limes into pieces.
  4. Combine beans, tomatoes and limes. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Gently toss salad with beans and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. It is good to serve such a salad with beans for meat or just with fresh, crispy bread. Bon appetit!
