  1. We clean the carrots and grate them on a Korean carrot grater.
  2. We clean the beets and also grate them on a grater for carrots in Korean.
  3. Grind the nuts with a blender.
  4. We wash dried fruits. Prunes cut into small cubes.
  5. Cut dried apricots into small cubes.
  6. We clean the garlic and pass it through a press.
  7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add to the garlic. We put a strainer on the bowl so that the pulp and seeds of the lemon do not get into the dressing.
  8. We add olive oil. Salt the dressing and beat with a whisk.
  9. We put prunes, nuts and dried apricots in the dressing. We mix.
  10. Pour the dressing over the carrots and beets.
  11. Mix thoroughly. Cover with a lid or cling film and refrigerate for several hours.
