An unusual salad of cucumbers, watermelon and feta is a bright dish with an unusual combination of ingredients. The combination of salty cheese, sweet watermelon and crispy cucumbers surprises with originality. A great salad recipe for lovers of spectacular appetizers.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Watermelon can be used without pits or you can use a regular watermelon and remove all the pits.
  3. Wash and dry the mint and cucumbers.
  4. Cut the skin off the cucumbers. Slice the cucumbers into thin half circles. Cut the feta cheese into cubes or break it with your hands.
  5. Cut the flesh of the watermelon into small cubes.
  6. Combine watermelon cubes, cucumber slices and mint leaves in a bowl.
  7. Arrange feta cheese cubes on top.
  8. For dressing, combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and a pinch of ground black pepper in a deep plate. Stir.
  9. Pour dressing evenly over salad.
  10. Cucumber, watermelon and feta salad is ready to serve. For a more pleasant taste on a hot day, I recommend additionally cooling the salad. The taste of the salad seems a little paradoxical and unusual, but then you realize that it is a breath of fresh air on a hot summer day.
  11. Experiment!
