  3. Now peel the carrots, rub on a grater. To make grated carrots look more appetizing, we rub them not on an ordinary grater, but on a Korean one.
  4. Mix carrots with cabbage.
  5. Next, we clean the radish, rub it also on a Korean grater.
  6. Pour the grated radish to the carrots and cabbage.
  7. Cut sweet bell pepper in half, remove seeds. We cut the pepper into thin strips and send it to a salad of radish, carrots and cabbage.
  8. Peel the garlic, chop it finely, pour it into the salad.
  9. Add salt, pepper to the cabbage salad, taste the vegetable salad. Add some sugar if necessary. Make salad dressing - mix olive oil with vinegar. Pour dressing over salad, mix.
  10. Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter.
