Salad of young cabbage, corn and chicken fillet

A simple, tasty and very tender salad of young cabbage, canned corn and boiled chicken fillet. Salad dressing - olive oil, mustard and lemon juice.

  1. Shred the cabbage into medium strips.
  2. My chicken fillet, clean from veins and films. Boil the chicken for 20 minutes in salted water.
  3. We disassemble the finished and cooled chicken into fibers.
  4. We combine cabbage, chicken fillet and corn.
  5. Preparing salad dressing. In a separate container, mix mustard, olive oil and juice of half a lemon. Mix the dressing thoroughly.
  6. Salad with chicken, cabbage and corn salt to taste. Pour dressing over cabbage salad and mix.
