The perfect salad of young cabbage, fresh cucumbers, juicy ham and fragrant greens with mayonnaise-garlic dressing turns out to be crispy and very tasty! The ingredients of the salad are not subjected to heat treatment, so it will take you a minimum of time and effort to prepare it. Sliced, mixed - and you can serve!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Finely chop the young cabbage.
  2. Transfer the cabbage to a bowl and knead a little with your hand (without zeal, lightly) so that it becomes softer.
  3. Wash fresh crispy cucumbers, cut off the edges. Slice the cucumbers.
  4. Transfer the cucumbers to the bowl with the cabbage.
  5. Cut the ham into strips as well.
  6. Transfer the chopped ham to a bowl with cabbage and cucumbers.
  7. Greens (parsley, dill and green onion feathers) wash, dry and finely chop.
  8. Send the greens to the previously combined salad ingredients.
  9. Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
  10. To dress the salad in mayonnaise, add garlic, salt and black pepper. To make the salad light and less high-calorie, mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or natural yogurt.
  11. Stir.
  12. Dress the salad with garlic mayonnaise.
  13. Stir.
  14. Salad of young cabbage, cucumbers and ham is ready, you can serve.
  15. Bon appetit!
