Another version of my favorite salad "Pomegranate Bracelet" - for the holiday I will offer a puff salad with boiled beef.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse the beef, pour cold water over it, bring to a boil, salt, cook until cooked over low heat under the lid (60-90 minutes). Cool down.
  2. Rinse potatoes, beets and carrots well, put in a saucepan, pour cold water. Put on fire. Boil. Boil vegetables over low heat under a lid: carrots and potatoes - about 20-25 minutes, beets - about 50-60 minutes (remove vegetables when ready). Cool and peel vegetables.
  3. Hard boil eggs (8-10 minutes), cool under cold water, peel.
  4. Grate the beets on a coarse grater.
  5. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
  6. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  7. Cut the beef into cubes.
  8. Grate the eggs.
  9. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater.
  10. Crush the nuts with a rolling pin.
  11. Clear the pomegranate.
  12. Place a glass in the center of a flat dish, lay out all the ingredients in layers, layering with mayonnaise. Post in the following order:
  13. 1 layer - potatoes;
  14. 2 layer - carrots;
  15. 3 layer - meat;
  16. 4 layer - nuts;
  17. 5 layer - hard cheese;
  18. 6 layer - eggs;
  19. 7th layer - meat;
  20. 8 layer - beets;
  21. 9 layer - pomegranate seeds.
  22. Leave the salad for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. Take out the glass and serve.
