Salad "Rustic" - very simple, but at the same time original salad with chicken breast and beets. The originality of this beetroot salad is given by coriander, which is used in it and gives it taste and aroma. Chicken salad is both hearty and easy to prepare.

  1. The ingredients for the Rustic salad are almost always in the refrigerator.
  2. We start preparing a salad with chicken and beets by cutting the onion into thin half rings and marinating it. To do this, place the chopped onion in a small container, add salt, sugar, vinegar and water. Mix and leave to marinate.
  3. In the meantime, we disassemble the boiled chicken breast into fibers and send it to a container in which we will mix all the salad ingredients.
  4. Cut the boiled beets into strips, add to the chicken.
  5. Cut the pickled cucumber into strips, squeeze out excess liquid, put in a bowl with chicken and beets.
  6. Squeeze the onion from the marinade and add it to the salad with chicken breast, beets and pickles.
  7. Salad of beets and chicken pepper to taste, add coriander, mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
  8. Lettuce "Rustic" is sent to the refrigerator to let it brew and soak in the aroma of coriander.
