It would seem that they are ordinary vegetables, but thanks to the delicious sauce, the Summer Mosaic salad simply flies off the table. It is also a great dinner for those who want to lose weight.

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into half rings.
  2. Wash greens and finely chop.
  3. Peel the onion, wash and cut into thin half rings.
  4. Wash bell pepper, remove seeds. Cut into strips or small cubes.
  5. Combine all Summer Mosaic salad ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Make a dressing, for this, pour oil and vinegar (lemon juice) into a jar with a tight-fitting lid, add mustard, coarse salt, freshly ground pepper and shake everything well.
  7. Pour dressing over vegetable salad and mix well.
  8. Salad "Summer Mosaic" is ready.
