Salad "Sunny" with chicken fillet stewed in orange juice and tangerines. A very spicy and fragrant salad, which perfectly combines meat and fruits.

  1. Rinse the orange, roll it slightly on a table on a flat surface (so it will give more juice), cut in half, squeeze out the juice. Mix orange juice with soy sauce.
  2. Squeeze the garlic cloves through the press into the orange juice.
  3. Pour dry ground ginger, salt, pepper, sugar (liquid honey) and squeeze lemon juice. Stir. The sauce is ready. If you like it spicy, feel free to add fresh chili peppers or red hot ground pepper to the sauce to your liking.
  4. Cut the chicken fillet into “salad” pieces that are convenient for you, fry in a pan, do not forget to pour in a couple of tablespoons of odorless oil. At the end, salt, add peppercorns crushed in a mill / mortar.
  5. Pour the orange sauce into the pan, simmer the fillet pieces in it, stirring, for 3 minutes. Then you must immediately remove the fillet from the fire and cool slightly.
  6. Peel the tangerine, and remove the white films from the tangerine slices.
  7. Separate the pistachios from the hard shell, chop the nuts so that large pieces remain.
  8. We begin to collect: arrange lettuce leaves (arugula or spinach) on plates.
  9. Put pieces of chicken fillet, peeled tangerines on lettuce leaves.
  10. Pour the rich orange sauce in which you stewed the chicken on top, sprinkle with chopped herbs and pistachios.
