Salad "Tenderness" with chicken, prunes and nuts

Delicate and hearty puff salad with prunes is ideal for a festive table, including New Year's. We prepare salad "Tenderness" for every family holiday. Not everyone knows what is inside this salad.

Ingredients

• Boiled chicken breast - 150-200 g
• Boiled eggs - 5 pcs.
• Fresh cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.
• Pitted prunes - 60 g
• Walnuts (peeled) - 60 g
• Mayonnaise - to taste
• To serve and decorate the salad:
• Leaf lettuce - 6-8 pcs.
• Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
• boiled carrots
• Dill fresh
• Carnation - 8 pcs.

Directions

1. We prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the chicken breast ahead of time. We cook hard-boiled eggs.
2. Chicken breast cut into small cubes.
3. We clean the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Finely chop the whites.
4. Prunes cut into strips.
5. Peel the cucumber and cut into strips.
6. Grind nuts in a blender.
7. Set the culinary ring on a plate with lettuce leaves.
8. Put cucumbers in the first layer. Soak with mayonnaise.
9. Lay out the chicken. Add a little bit of mayonnaise.
10. Distribute prunes on top.
11. Lay out the egg whites. Soak with mayonnaise.
12. Then nuts and mayonnaise again.
13. We repeat all the layers, but we no longer grease the nuts with mayonnaise. We remove the culinary ring.
14. Layered salad with chicken, prunes and nuts is ready.
15. To decorate the salad, if we make this salad, for example, for a birthday, sprinkle the yolk grated on a fine grater on top, and spread dill sprigs around the salad.
16. we make piglets from boiled eggs. From carrots we cut out "piglets" and "ears". To the narrower part of the boiled egg we attach the "piglet" with the help of two clove buds. From two more cloves we make "eyes". We attach the "ears" just above the eyes, after making small cuts on the egg with a knife. Thus we make two "piglets".
