It is not in vain that this elegant dish got its name - the salad “Very festive!”. Spectacular and tasty puff salad "Very festive!" will decorate any festive table.

Ingredients

  1. Wash chicken thighs thoroughly.
  2. Boil 1.5-2 liters of water, add 0.5 teaspoons of salt, dip the legs in boiling water. Bring to a boil, screw on, close the lid. Cook at a low boil for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Peel the onion, cut into half rings.
  4. Wash mushrooms, cut into plates or slices.
  5. In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oil. Saute the onion over medium heat until soft (10 minutes). Transfer the onion to a bowl.
  6. Raise the fire to high. Add 2 more tbsp to the pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stirring, fry the mushrooms until golden brown (10-15 minutes).
  7. Transfer the mushrooms to the onion. Mix.
  8. Hard boil eggs (10 minutes). Cool, clean. Separate the proteins and grate them on a fine grater.
  9. Crush the nuts thoroughly in a mortar. It is important to crush the nuts, and not cut them, so that the oil stands out.
  10. Peel and crush the garlic too.
  11. Mix nuts, garlic and mayonnaise. You need a little mayonnaise (2-3 tablespoons).
  12. Separate the cooled boiled meat from the bones (you can also remove the skin). Finely chop the pulp across the fibers.
  13. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
  14. Lay the salad beautifully on a large flat dish in layers:
  15. 1 layer - boiled leg, cut into strips.
  16. Layer the meat layer with mayonnaise (2 tablespoons).
  17. 2 layer - mushrooms fried with onions.
  18. Also spread a layer of mayonnaise (1 tbsp. Spoon)
  19. 3 layer - nuts crushed with garlic and mayonnaise.
  20. And again lightly spread with mayonnaise (1 tbsp. Spoon).
  21. 4 layer - cheese, grated.
  22. On top add 2 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise.
  23. 5 layer - egg whites, grated.
  24. Sprinkle the top of the salad with grated yolks.
  25. Decorate the sides of the salad with sprigs of greens or chopped greens.
  26. Hearty salad, very festive dish!
