Today we will prepare a salad with tomatoes, cheese and baked zucchini. All the ingredients perfectly harmonize and complement each other, and the fragrant sweet and sour sauce makes the salad even tastier.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  2. Wash the zucchini and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into slices 5-6 mm thick. Place in a deep bowl.
  3. Add vegetable oil, dried basil, ground black pepper. Stir. Leave for 15 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Lay out the zucchini. Send the zucchini to the preheated oven to bake until soft and lightly browned. Ready zucchini should hold their shape and not "spread".
  5. I baked the zucchini for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. After 15 minutes, I turned the zucchini over, as the top of the oven did not brown well for me. You focus on your technique. Cool cooked zucchini to room temperature.
  6. Wash the greens well and pat dry with paper towels. Finely chop. Transfer to a deep bowl.
  7. Add vegetable oil, honey, lemon juice, salt.
  8. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Add to the rest of the ingredients. Stir. The gas station is ready.
  9. Wash and dry tomatoes. Cut into slices of any size.
  10. Put the chopped tomatoes in a deep salad bowl.
  11. Cut the cooled zucchini into small pieces. Add to tomatoes.
  12. Pour over the dressing. Stir.
  13. Season with ground black pepper.
  14. Bryndza cut into cubes. Spread randomly over vegetables.
  15. Salad with baked zucchini, tomatoes and cheese is ready.
  16. Bon appetit!
