Today we are preparing a salad with beef, fresh cucumbers, peppers and onions, in Korean. Saute beef with onions and peppers. We simply cut fresh cucumbers and salt, and after that we mix all the salad ingredients and season with spices, vinegar, soy sauce and oil. The salad has a bright taste and elegant appearance.

  1. Wash and dry the cucumbers, cut off the ends on both sides. Cut cucumbers into long strips.
  2. Transfer the cucumbers to a bowl, sprinkle with salt (0.5 tsp). Leave the cucumbers for 15 minutes at room temperature. After a while, drain the juice that has stood out.
  3. Rinse the beef and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the meat into thin strips. (To make the pieces thinner and neater, the meat can be slightly frozen in the freezer.)
  4. Free the pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into strips.
  5. Cut the peeled onion into half rings.
  6. Peel and mince the garlic.
  7. Heat the frying pan, pour in vegetable oil (2 tablespoons). Put the beef, fry for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
  8. Add ground pepper, garlic and onion to the meat, fry for another 3-4 minutes. At the end of this time, pour soy sauce into the pan, add spices (coriander, paprika), mix.
  9. Let the beef cool slightly and then add to the cucumbers. Pour sugar, add vinegar and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of oil.
  10. Mix all ingredients.
  11. Send the salad to the refrigerator, leave to marinate for 3-4 hours.
  12. After a while, transfer the salad to a plate and serve.
  13. You can serve the salad as a separate dish. If desired, the salad can be sprinkled with sesame seeds.
