Salad with beets and herring

Herring, beetroot and avocado are a nice combination in a salad. Simple, tasty and beautiful!

Ingredients

• Herring - 0.5 pcs.
• Avocado - 0.5 pcs.
• Small boiled beets - 1 pc.
• Cherry tomatoes - 4 pcs.
• Lettuce leaves - 2-3 pcs.
• Salt
• Mayonnaise - 100 g
• Parsley greens - 1 sprig

Directions

1. Peel the avocado and beetroot and cut into cubes. Cut the herring fillet into cubes too. Salt the beets a little.
2. Put lettuce leaves in bowls, then beets, avocados and herring.
3. Drizzle beet salad with mayonnaise and garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
