Salad with beets and mushrooms

Directions

  1. Cut one onion into cubes and fry in a pan in vegetable oil until transparent.
  2. Add diced mushrooms to the onion, mix, add 1 tsp. salt and fry until tender. Cool down.
  3. Peel the beets, cut into cubes.
  4. Finely chop the second onion, chop the garlic and add to the beets.
  5. Combine beets and cooled mushrooms, add balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and mix.
  6. Salad with beets and mushrooms is suitable for any side dish or as an independent dish.
