Salad with bell pepper, fried suluguni and zucchini

You won't find better than this bell pepper salad. The juiciness of peppers and tomatoes in the salad is complemented by hearty fried zucchini and suluguni cheese in sesame seeds. Everything fits together beautifully.

  1. Cut the zucchini into strips, fry in a pan with heated oil for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic after 5 minutes. We fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Remove the zucchini with garlic from the heat, put in a salad bowl.
  4. Whisk the egg with a fork until smooth. We will dip pieces of suluguni into it.
  5. We cut the suluguni into large bars. Dip each piece in the egg.
