Black Bean Salad is a delicious, quick and nutritious treat. To make the black bean salad even more delicious, season it with your favorite aromatic spices and herbs to taste.

  1. Cut wheat bread into small cubes and dry in the oven until golden brown. Store-bought crackers can also be used, but homemade ones taste better :).
  2. Peel the onion and cut into half rings or strips.
  3. Fry in vegetable oil until soft, slightly browned, state.
  4. Cucumbers cut into strips.
  5. Drain liquid from beans. In a deep bowl, combine black beans, fried onions, cucumbers, mayonnaise, salt. Mix.
  6. Sprinkle the black bean salad with croutons before serving.
