Bright, juicy, vitamin! Prepare a salad with carrots, tangerines, apples and walnuts. Preparing a salad is very simple and fast. All products are used fresh. Carrots and apples are cut into strips, combined with pieces of juicy tangerine and crispy walnuts. The salad is dressed with vegetable oil and lemon juice.

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Wash and dry the apple.
  2. Peel the carrots and grate them on a Korean carrot grater. Transfer the grated carrots to a deep salad bowl.
  3. Peel tangerines, divide into slices. Remove white films.
  4. Cut the peeled tangerine slices into 2 pieces and add to the carrots.
  5. Cut the apple in half, remove the seeds and, if desired, cut off the peel. Cut the apple into thin strips and add to the rest of the ingredients. Stir.
  6. Cut walnuts into small pieces. Put in a salad bowl.
  7. For the dressing, combine vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper mixture.
  8. Add dressing to all ingredients. Stir.
  9. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
