I propose to prepare a salad with chicken, bell peppers, onions and tomato dressing. For the first time I am preparing a salad with such an unusual dressing of tomato paste, soy sauce and vegetable oil. It turned out very tasty, juicy and satisfying. All ingredients are in perfect harmony and complement each other.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Instead of tomato paste, you can take a fresh tomato, peel it and chop it on a grater to a puree consistency. Adjust the amount of spices to your liking.
  2. Pour cold water into a saucepan. Add some salt and send to a strong fire. Bring the water to a boil. Dip the chicken fillet into boiling water. From the moment of boiling, cook the fillet over low heat for 25-30 minutes, until tender.
  3. Cool the finished fillet and cut into medium-sized pieces.
  4. Cut bell pepper in half, remove seeds and stalk. Cut the pulp of the pepper into strips.
  5. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
  6. Send all chopped ingredients to a deep salad bowl.
  7. Now prepare the dressing. To do this, combine vegetable oil, soy sauce, tomato paste, salt, ground black pepper and ground paprika in a pan. Stirring with a spatula, heat to a boil over moderate heat. It took me about two minutes for the sauce to boil.
  8. Boil the sauce for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, and turn off the heat.
  9. Pour hot tomato dressing over chopped ingredients.
  10. Mix well so that all the pieces of ingredients are covered with tomato dressing.
  11. Wash and dry the parsley. Finely chop the leaves, remove the stems.
  12. Add chopped greens to salad.
  13. Stir.
  14. Salad with chicken, bell pepper, onion and tomato dressing can be served immediately.
  15. If you insist it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, it will become even tastier.
  16. Bon appetit!
