You probably haven't tried this salad yet! It would seem that the ingredients included in its composition should never have met in one plate, because it is difficult to imagine how boiled chicken, apple, cheese, banana and olives with their diverse tastes can become friends with each other. Modest in appearance, the salad turns out to be very interesting, unusual and refined. Worth a try!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. It is better to take an apple green, with dense juicy pulp with sourness.
  2. First you need to boil the chicken fillet. To do this, boil water in a saucepan and put the fillet there. Pour in the salt. After boiling, cook the fillet over low heat for about 20-25 minutes.
  3. Remove the cooked chicken fillet from the broth and leave to cool at room temperature. If you have time, you can cool the fillet directly in the broth - this way it will be juicier.
  4. When the chicken meat has cooled, cut it into small cubes.
  5. Peel the banana. Cut banana into quarters.
  6. Cut the pitted olives into rings.
  7. Cut hard cheese into cubes about the same size as the chicken fillet.
  8. Peel the apple, remove the core. Cut the pulp into small cubes, adhering to the overall dimension of the cut
  9. In a bowl or deep salad bowl, combine the prepared ingredients: apple, chicken, cheese, banana, olives.
  10. Season the salad ingredients with light mayonnaise, salt to taste and mix.
  11. Salad with chicken, banana, apple, cheese and olives is ready!
  12. Salad can and even should be served immediately after preparation.
  13. The sweetness of the banana, the juiciness of the apple, the sourness of the olives and the creaminess of the cheese in this salad complement the boiled chicken in a very interesting way. You will be pleasantly surprised. Bon appetit!
